App for personal trainers: what has to be inside
Search for an "app for personal trainers" and stores show step counters, "abs in 7 days", and gym desks. That is not your job. You need an app where the client lives as a process, not as a subscription to someone else's videos.
The check is simple: does the client see the same system you do. If the program is in your sheet and in their chat - it is not a trainer app. It is Excel plus a messenger again.
The client as a process, not as a chat
A real trainer app has a list of people, not a message feed. Open the client - goal, limits, what happened last session, whether they opened the program.
Chat sits next to that. Not instead of it. Messages are for talk. Data is for decisions. If everything lives in one Telegram thread, you are selling attention, not coaching.
A card and a program the client opens themselves
A card without a program is a form. A program without a card is a file. Together they remove the investigation at the start of a session: you do not hunt a knee note from a March chat.
The client opens the app and sees what to do today. No spreadsheet screenshot, no waiting for your reply at 10 p.m. You see what was done instead of "so how was it".
Progress and nutrition next to it
Measurements, before/after photos, and a chart should live on the card. Otherwise progress is a feeling you have to argue in words.
If you coach nutrition, macros live here too, not in a third tracker. The client should not keep a food log in one place and read the program in another.
What not to look for in a "fitness app"
Do not look for a gym till, group slot booking, or someone else's brand on top of yours. That is studio CRM. You need a solo trainer and their clients.
Do not look for another calorie counter "for everyone". Look for a system you invite a person into - then program, progress, and chat stay in sync.
In short
An app for personal trainers is not shelf video classes. It is the card, the program on the client's phone, progress, nutrition, and one chat.
In StableFit you can run up to 3 clients for free. That is enough to test the process, not to believe a store screenshot.
