Online personal training without Excel or a gym desk
Online coaching often looks like this: Zoom, a spreadsheet, a chat, another chat "for programs only". With three clients it holds. At ten you are a file dispatcher.
You can run people without a gym. Not without a system. The client should open the phone and understand the day even when you are not on camera.
What breaks when online means Excel plus a messenger
The program goes stale in a file. You do not see completion. Progress is a 11:40 p.m. photo in chat. Questions drown in life admin.
A video call does not replace a card. It replaces the gym session. The other days the person is alone with a screenshot.
The minimum for remote work
The program in the client app. Completion. Measurements and photos. One chat next to that. An invite into the system, not a shared sheet link.
Then you can run the gym floor and remote clients in one CRM. That is not studio group-slot booking. Those are your clients.
The gym is optional, clarity is not
Online does not mean weaker coaching. It means you are not there to fix form every minute. So the screen has to be clear, and feedback has to follow facts, not a story.
Nutrition, if you coach it, will not survive in a third tracker either: the client is already jumping between Zoom and chat.
How to move a few people without a drama
Start with those who already train outside your gym. The screenshot hurts them most. Card, program, measurements, chat in the app.
Life admin can stay where it is convenient for a while. Training and progress cannot. In two weeks you will know if you still open Excel "just in case".
In short
An online trainer without a system is a person with spreadsheets between calls. With a system it is the same coaching - the client is just not in your gym.
StableFit is for a solo trainer: gym and remote in one CRM. Up to 3 clients free.
