Potential clients don't stay because you skip this one principle
They read your posts, maybe even follow you, show up for the first session - and that is it.
Why?
Because you offer what you know how to do, not what they want to get right now.
This is called relevance
The client wants A - you offer A. Not B and not C.
A woman wants to lose a bit of weight, tone up, and train at home.
And you offer her in-gym personal training to build muscle mass.
Miss.
She literally told you what she needs. And you offered something else.
Get more specific than "for everyone"
So instead of "personal training for everyone", try being more specific:
Home workouts for women who need to get back in shape fast.
Or:
A 12-week program for men 35+ who want to lose the belly without 6 sessions a week.
So the client sees the solution themselves
And then a simple thought should show up: "Oh, this is about me."
That is when you do not have to explain why they need your service.
They already see their solution in it.
