1. Introduction StableFit respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our mobile application and website. Data Controller: Ihor Savva, operating in Poland. Contact: support@stable-fit.com

2. Information We Collect

•         Account Data: Name, email address, role (Coach or Client).
•         Health & Biometric Data (Sensitive): If you choose to provide it, we collect body measurements (weight, volumes) and progress photos. Processing this data is necessary for the core functionality of the Service.
•         Usage Data: Logs, device information, and performance data.

3. How We Use Your Information

•         To provide and maintain the Service.
•         To allow Coaches to view Client progress (only upon Client's assignment).
•         To monitor usage and fix technical issues.
•         We do NOT sell your personal data or photos to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

•         Storage Provider: Your data (including photos) is stored securely using Supabase (a backend-as-a-service provider).
•         Access Control: Photos are technically accessible only to the authorized Client and their assigned Coach.
•         Data Location: EU(North)
•         Security: While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Sharing of Information

•         With Your Coach: Your assigned Coach has access to your progress data and photos. Note: While our app does not have a "Download" button, Coaches accessing the service via a web browser may be able to save images using standard browser functions.
•         Legal Requirements: We may disclose your data if required to do so by Polish law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

6. Your Rights (GDPR/RODO) Users in the European Union have the following rights:

•         Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
•         Correction: Fix inaccurate data.
•         Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data (photos/measurements).
•         Withdraw Consent: You can stop sharing photos at any time by deleting them or not uploading new ones.

7. Data Retention We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. If you delete your account, your data (including photos) will be removed from our active databases.
