The workout program on the client's phone, not a Telegram screenshot
A screenshot of Excel in Telegram looks like care. By week two it is archaeology: which version is fresh, is it the same file, did they even open the photo.
A personal trainer's program has to live where the client trains - on their phone. Not in chat. Not in an attachment that scrolled away.
Why a screenshot is not a program
A file will not show what was done. It will not store the load. It will not flag a missed session. You ask "so how was it" and get a mood, not a fact.
Worse when there are several programs: "here is the new one", "no, yesterday's". Chat always crowns the last photo, even if it is old.
What the client should see when they open the phone
Today. The exercises. The sets. No decoding your shorthand and no digging through history.
If they train without you in the gym or at home, that screen is the coach in the moment. A reply at 10 p.m. is already late.
What you see then
Completion, not a legend. You adjust load from facts. You see a week drop while chat still said "all good".
The client card sits next to it: goal, injuries, notes. A program without context is a file again.
How to stop sending screenshots
Do not migrate everyone on a Friday. Take three people you send table photos to most. Put the programs in the app. Ask them to open them there.
Keep chat for questions, not as the program carrier. In two weeks you will know if you still hunt things in the old thread.
In short
If the program lives in Telegram, you are not coaching the session. You are mailing files. The client should open the app and see the day without you.
In StableFit the program syncs after the invite. Up to 3 clients free - enough to test this format.
